Got superb Greek food delivered. Alexander platter and starter plate ordered. The food was still very warm when it was delivered. The nice Greek from the delivery service brought dessert with him and was super nice. Never before have such good food been delivered. We recommend.

With the new delivery service you have gone one better! Even with the difficult circumstances it is a restaurant with top service (yes they have the courage to approach the guests :)), and you can be sure that the dishes are carefully prepared and taste good. I was recommended by a Greek friend to check out this place and i was super happy with the experience. Great quality food. I ordered the lamb souvlaki which was a combination of Gyros , pork on a stick and a peice of a lamb chop. With the side dish. The taste was fantastic. The portion was large for my taste and i had to take half home. The ambiance was nice and relaxed , clean and welcoming. The staff were super kind and welcoming. Co fortable with English. I visited during the week at 6 pm and it got very busy by 7, almost full. I would go back! Highly recomending if you are looking for a Greek restaurant!

Amazing food and great service! Definitely recommend.

First time to eat at Limani. At first very inconspicuous in the area, but it's definitely worth a visit! Very friendly, warm and flexible staff. The food was prepared quickly, was more than full and of course very tasty! The atmosphere quickly gives you the feeling that you are in Greece, really nice! It's a shame that we were only visiting Munich, otherwise we would come more often.

Today we ate 2 x fish platter with vegetables to take away. The food was really excellent! We will certainly use this service very often in the future.

Fine greek restaurant We went to this restaurant twice for dinner, as we lived nearby and the owner advised us to visit it. The restaurant is very popular, at 19.00 it gets very busy, so it is better to book in advance. We came to the opening, at 17.00, so we had our 1.5 hours, if you come later without a reservation, there may not be places. They took moussaka and salmon steak, various snacks in the form of olives and cheeses, washed down with Greek wine. Everything is incredibly tasty. Authentic Mediterranean cuisine in the heart of Munich. The prices are average. If we return to Munich, we will definitely visit again. Tonight we wondered why we hadn't visited the restaurant for so long. Again very tasty food with an excellent fish plate and very tasty mussels. Together with the very friendly service, we will definitely come back here more often.

Not as great as the reviews suggest, but definitely ok.

Had a good evening with a group of 25 guys! The drinks were served fast, the wine was cold but we got no uzo as appetizer. Than we had tzatziki which was lagging of garlic for my tast ... if you love your tzatziki with out this is your place to go! The garlic bread was ok but nothing special. The main dishes getting served quiet fast for a group as big as we were. We hat gyros. Nice and juicy and a little bit crispy. Pork on sticks ... kind of dry and dull and bifteki without cheese in the middle. Everything was served with fries. I like my fries crunchy and not as soft as they where but ok. I was lagging salt but I guess its understandable if there is no salt at all. The chocolate souffle was just a chocolate cake with a chewy texture... would not recommend this. Please keep in mind that if you want to have a date or a nice little chat this is not the place to go. Super loud and the industrial design is not quite the ambiance I am looking for if I just relax and have a nice evening. In total good place to go!

We went here after a long day trip to the lakes and realised that no other restaurant in the area was open at 10 pm. Taverna Limani informed us that their kitchen had closed but seeing we had no where else to go, they very kindly served us not just one but three amazing delicious Greek dishes! The owner sorted out the meal for us himself and everything we had was excellent from the feta aubergine to the mezze tray and the calamari. The place also has a lovely ambience and there were several other couples enjoying some vino! Highly recommend for an authentic Greek meal and a lovely date night in Munich!

I've never been a big fan of greek cuisine, but after having visited Taverna Limani i've got how mistaken i was. Great food, very warm welcoming service, good wine.

The food tasted really good. However, the menu included tzatziki and fries as a side dish, which we didn't get because the menu was no longer up-to-date ... That was a pity, because the two side dishes make up the food. However, one has to say that the service was so nice and still, for once, served us. Either current menus or, best of all, put them back on the menu. For people who do not drink ouzou, you could offer an alternative on the house instead, as in Greece.

A great place to have a Greek food experience in Munich .

We have eaten several times at this restaurant and always enjoyed it. Yesterday, to tell the truth, not all dishes satisfied us: excellent appetizers (zucchini balls, squid with mango sauce, peppers stuffed with cheese ...) and dessert, as well as the lamb "trilogy"; the tuna fillet with capers and vegetables can be improved, as well as the fried calamari. Prices a little too high, above the average of Greek restaurants. However, it remains a landmark in Munich.

We had a birthday party yesterday and all guests are and were absolutely thrilled. The team is extremely friendly, in a natural way and the food is and was very, very tasty. We still come to you very often! Thank you for the lovely evening!

Taverna Limani is our favorite restaurant in Munich! They offer a cozy environment with friendly staff in addition of fantastic food!!!

Amazing tasty and fresh food. Caution! It is crowded! Make a reservation for busy times. We had trouble with 2 seats at 7pm on a Sunday. The ambience is great but as said, it can be crowded and then the distance between tables is 50 cm / 20". The service is friendly, but busy. If crowded it takes naturally longer. But reasonably.

This restaurant is a complete disaster. They sat us a table right next to the kitchen and after sitting there for 5 minutes a waiter spilled some drink on my boyfriend... It happens, but the waiter didn’t even seem bothered by it, she was laughing and when we asked to be moved to another table she said no bacause it was a table for 4 and we were only 2. The atmosphere is stressful with waiters constatly running around in a rush and the music was way too loud and it was so dark we couldn’t even read the menu, it did not give the calm “confortable” vibe we were expecting from reading the rewies. The food was okay, but only after we put salt on it because before that it tasted like nothing... I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

One of the finest experiences I have had in all my travels. From the time of entry into the restaurant to the time you exit you get a great experience. There’s a great vibe to this place. The staff is very friendly and helps with every request, explaining everything. Didn’t have a reservation and the restaurant was packed with no seating. Yet they accommodated us by first letting us taste some wines. And the food is awesome. The staff was very patient with us explaining every dish we ordered. Do visit the restaurant and make a reservation before you go, so you don’t get disappointed.

It was ok. The restaurant was full, you need to think about the advance reservation. It was difficult to speak because of the noise around. We ordered a fish plate from grill for one person. It was only one shrimp, one small fish (tasted like Dorado) and two baby calamari. Not a small piece of salmon. It looked too few, too poor. Eggplants with Szatziki were very good! They agreed to change the deep-fried eggplants into not deep-fried because we didn't specify the order and I didn't expect it comes deep-fried. Very nice from staff. I wanted caramel crème brulee but they don't have one. Panna Cotta was ok, nothing special. Restaurant doesn't propose welcome ouzo at the beginning (rather at the end), there is also no final dessert like a mango cream for example as it is in other greek restaurants. In general the service was ok. The waiters tried four(4!) times to take our plates away despite the cutlery demonstrated we are continuing to eat and just talk. That was funny and a bit annoying. Despite the general atmosphere was benevolent and friendly, it was too hectic for us. I could come again but I prefer not to.

This was probably one of the best restaurants we have been to in a long while. Loads of of clientele, great atmosphere, and buzzing with waiters and laughter... Book. It's worth it... The Greek food is excellent and the meat is well prepared. Awesome experience.

A Greek breeze in Munich. Good food, the plates are large. Very friendly, forthcoming staff and owners. Solid selection of wine. Nice location, good outside seating. Very busy and loud on the weekend, so I would not suggest it for romantic dinner.
